- 250g unsalted butter softened
- 6 cups of icing sugar mixture
- 1 4 cup of milk heated
- 3 rainbow sour straps
- 3 rainbow marshmallows
- 1 rood screen heart
- 1 rood screen of the ring
- 1 liquorice allsort
- 1 4 cup rainbow jimmies sprinkles
- 2 rainbow lollipops
- 1 sherbet cone
- large blue pink green and yellow candy balls to decorate

- mini sticks of fruit to decorate
- pink blue and green chocolate buttons
The Instruction of fairy bread popcorn cake
- preheat the oven to 180 u00b0 c 160 fan forced grease 3 x 6cm deep 20 cm round cake pans line bases and sides with 2 layers of baking paper
- using an electric mixer beat the flour sugar milk eggs and vanilla at low speed until just combined increase the speed to medium beat for 2 minutes add 1 3 of the butter beat until just combined repeat with the remaining butter in 2 batches
- divide batter evenly between the prepared pans bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cakes comes out clean stand in pans for 10 minutes turn top side up on baking paper lined wire rack to cool completely
- make fairy bread popcorn line a large baking sheet with parchment paper combine the popcorn icing sugar and coconut in a large bowl melt copha in a small saucepan over medium high heat until smooth add to popcorn mixture mix well to coat working quickly spread mixture on the prepared tray decorate with glitter refrigerate until needed
- how copha butter cream frosting using an electric mixer beat the copha and butter together for about 15 minutes or until pale and fluffy and mix well gradually add the confectioners sugar 1 tablespoon at a time beating until smooth and combined add the milk beat to combine
